We utilise the following shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely:- Royal Mail: Our primary shipping provider for standard-sized parcels.- Parcel Force: Used for larger parcels. While their rates may be higher, they have one of the lowest parcel loss rates, ensuring that your order arrives safely.
2. Processing Time
Once you approve the final mock-up of your personalised item, we aim to ship your order within the following timeframes:- Standard Orders: We aim to ship all standard orders within 5 to 7 working days after the final mock-up approval.- Orders of 10 Items or More: For larger orders exceeding 10 items, we require 2 weeks for processing and shipping.- Large Corporate Orders: For substantial corporate orders, we recommend contacting us directly to discuss your needs and provide appropriate notice for processing and delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the selected shipping method. Please note that larger items shipped via Parcel Force may incur higher shipping fees.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery.
