Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy once an order is placed and the mock-up has been approved. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding orders, approvals, and handling of damaged or defective products.

 

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final for personalised items. Once you place an order and approve the mock-up provided by Custom Barista Equipment, you agree that the item is non-returnable and non-refundable. It is important to thoroughly review the mock-up for accuracy, including all details such as design, text, and any other specifications before giving your approval.

 

2. Mock-Up Approval Process

Before production begins, we will provide you with a mock-up of your personalised item. You must review this mock-up carefully and confirm that all details are correct. By approving the mock-up, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the design and that it meets your specifications.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

While we strive to ensure that every product meets our high-quality standards, we understand that issues can arise during production. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@custombaristaequipment.com to report the issue.

2. Provide Evidence: You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging it arrived in.

3. Resolution: We will assess your claim and may offer a replacement product at no additional charge or another solution as deemed appropriate.

Once an order has been placed and the mock-up has been approved, no changes can be made to the order. Please ensure that all details are accurate before approving the mock-up to avoid any issues.
